Laser Cutting
Laser cutting can be used to cut complex shapes or where need high precision dimension, it can be cut on both sides of the SS workpiece at the same time with high efficiency. Here at WLD steel we pride our ability to machine stainless steel tube or rod with a maximum diameter of 508mm, length of 15.5m and stainless steel plate with a maximum width of 4.5m and thickness of 16mm.
Plasma Cutting
Plasma cutting is a melting cutting process that USES the heat of hot plasma to melt the metal and blow the molten metal away from the cut. This method is effective for cutting stainless steel plates with a thickness of less than 30mm. It has the advantage of low deformation because the cutting is carried out in a narrow high-temperature area.
Saw Cutting
WLD Steel is able to process orders according to exact customer requirements. Our stainless steel tubes and profiles can be saw cutting with a straight line or the required angle, that depends on specified specifications. The process is especially for the construction and engineering industry.
Flame cutting
WLD Steel accepts flame and high-pressure water jet cutting. Flame cutting is a process in which a mixture of oxygen and gas is used to melt steel and the molten metal is burned off by an oxygen spray gun, which is suitable for cutting thick stainless steel plates.
Hp Water-Jet Cutting
Water jet cutting is a process that uses a high-pressure stream of water to carry an abrasive grit. which is characterized by precision, economical, environmentally friendly and without subsequent treatment and does not cause thermal deformation of the cutting area.
