Stainless Steel Coiled Tube
The coiled tube is generally bent round spiral tube coils with a diameter of 0.5 to 25mm and a thickness of 0.1 to 2.5mm. It offers the excellent property of stainless steel that resistant to high temperature and corrosion, long service life and the coiled shape also saves storage and transportation costs. Bright stainless steel coiled tube is made of stainless steel tube with a wall reduction process by bright annealing treatment, generally bright annealing or fine polishing can make the surface roughness up to less than 0.2um, which forms a precision and smoother inner and outer walls and will not appear black oxide. The outer diameter tolerance can be controlled to ±0.05mm, and the outer diameter to ±0.02mm that better than ordinary stainless steel tube. Stainless steel coiled tubes are widely used in petroleum drilling, complete equipment (pipeline and cable), chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry, food industry, machinery industry, boiler industry, ship manufacturing industry, etc.
