A stainless steel bar or rod is manufactured by cold drawn or hot rolled process. According to the structure and chemical composition of steel, stainless steel bar can be divided into Martensitic stainless steel bar, Ferritic stainless steel bar, Austenitic stainless steel bar, Duplex stainless steel bar and Precipitated hardening stainless steel bar or Chrome-stainless steel bar and Nickel-stainless steel bar. According to its form and shapes, the stainless steel bar can be flat bar, hexagon bar, square bar, round bar.
The stainless steel hexagonal bar offers various applications and can be used for the mechanical parts and requiring good corrosion resistance and excellent strength such as automotive parts, elevator parts, kitchen equipment, pressure vessels and other fields for machining and component manufacturing such as hexagon bolts, hexagon screws, hexagonal setting screws. At WLD steel, we supply and manufacture stainless steel hex bar in various dimensions and grades, with rolled, annealed and normalized conditions. We also offer cut to size and heat treatment through our service center.
