La sua resistenza alla trazione pu\u00f2 raggiungere fino a 1100~1300MPa e pu\u00f2 essere ulteriormente rafforzata attraverso un trattamento di invecchiamento, adatto per la produzione di parti con elevata resistenza alla corrosione acida come aerei e turbine a gas, reattori nucleari, cartiere, giacimenti petroliferi e parti di processi chimici.
