Die Metallverbindungen werden im Laufe der Zeit verwittert und verfestigt. Die Stahlsorten Maraging 18Ni(200), 18Ni(250) und 18Ni(300) mit einer Bruchfestigkeit von 1400, 1700 und 1900 MPa wurden von INCO hergestellt, indem in die Fe-Ni-Martensitlegierung unterschiedliche Mengen an Co, Mo und Ti durch Alterung und Verfestigung hinzugef\u00fcgt wurden. Die St\u00e4hle 18Ni(200) und 18Ni(250) <a href=\"https:\/\/wldstainless.com\/materials\/martensitic-stainless-steel\/15-5ph-stainless-steel\/\">St\u00e4hle<\/a> Sie wurden erstmals auf die H\u00fclle des Raketenmotors oder f\u00fcr spezielle Anwendungen angewendet, bei denen ultrahoge Festigkeiten erforderlich waren. Die Festigkeit von Maraging-St\u00e4hlen stammt nicht aus dem Kohlenstoff, sondern aus der Verfestigung intermetallischer Verbindungen. AISI 18Ni-Stahl ist die repr\u00e4sentative Stahlsorte aus dem Maraging-Stahl. Nach einer Alterungstherapie wird es durch die Aufl\u00f6sung und F\u00e4llung verschiedener Intermetallkomplexe zu einer Alterungsh\u00e4rtung gebracht. Die H\u00e4rte kann bis zu 50 HRC ansteigen. Die hervorragende Eigenschaft des 18Ni-Stahls ist, dass er unter der Bedingung von ultrah\u00f6chster Festigkeit und hoher H\u00e4rte noch eine gute Z\u00e4higkeit und hohe Bruchz\u00e4higkeit aufweist. Gleichzeitig ist er frei von Kalth\u00e4rtung, geringer Alterungstemperaturverformung und guter Schwei\u00dfverarbeitung. Die Metalloberfl\u00e4che kann nitridiert werden.<\/p>\n<p>18Ni-Maragingstahl ist eine perfekte Kombination aus hoher Festigkeit und H\u00e4rte, guter Z\u00e4higkeit und Plastizit\u00e4t.
